I said in the spring I hoped a cottage might 'fall from the sky' and I guess it did. We are thrilled about finding such a beautiful lot and cottage, and our 3 adult children maybe even more so. This has been made possible by your hard work and dedication. When we first browsed on the Internet you sent us properties and responded to questions promptly. You have been always able to adapt to our schedule for showings including Sunday mornings and on short notice. It has been such a pleasure for us both to work with you. We are so looking forward to this new chapter and oasis for our family.

They call themselves the “Mother Daughter Team”. Well, they are!

We recently asked Gloria to evaluate and list our property.  The evaluation was surprisingly fair.  Her process was diligent.  Her timing was efficient. And her advice (coaching) was appreciated.

Over the next few weeks our property was listed in the local papers and on the net.  After six showings we had an offer which became acceptable.

But their job did not stop there.  Closing was several months away.  We would not be available.  So “The Team” had to finalize the deal and ensure the buyers conditions were met.  As it was February, this for some would be a challenge.  Not “The Team”.  Gloria was away for closing, but, Cindy stepped up to the plate and dealt with some minor challenges just before closing.  Closing was successfully completed.

We have recently talked to the buyers.  They seem happy with their purchase.  We are happy the right people now have our former property.  I call this a win win, and thus our thanks to “The Team”.

Gloria and Cindy also have the right people working on our behalf in the background.  I know, they ensured the communications between all parties was timely and accurate (especially when we were overseas during the closing period).

Our thanks goes to Gloria Carnochan, Cindy Muenzel and their Team for being more than just another Real Estate company.
